PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES

• Management and development of the business QMS system

• Management of the internal audit process including closure of NCR’s through process owners.

• Facilitate 3rd party QMS audits (NADCAP)

• Participate in supplier development activities.

• Manage customer return activities including closure of supplier corrective action reports.

• Co-ordinate all activities to ensure that the business QMS operates effectively.This will involve development procedures with relevant process owners.

• Ensure annual internal audit program is adhered to and all corrective actions are identified.

• Facilitate all 3rd party audits (NADCAP)

• Participate in supplier development activities.New suppliers shall be assessed by appropriate means.

• Manage customer return activities.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• 3 years within quality in an aerospace company accredited to AS EN9100

• Supplier development techniques

• Internal auditing
