New opportunity for a candidate who has advanced excel skills and has previous experience of manipulating large volumes of data in excel

   

Responsible for the ownership, creation and Analysis of Management Information reports.

 

  • Proactively manage, on behalf of the Principal MI Analyst, the end-to-end process of creating a suite of regular MI reports and ensure the timely and accurate delivery of the same. Including, where relevant, managing the expectations of key stakeholders
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the MI creation / manipulation process to enable constructive recommendations for improvement and undertake regular reviews towards this end
  • Assist with analysis of requirements / scoping and managing the implementation of new Client MI requirements as required
  • To proactively suggest, agree with the business and implement internal analysis of management information reports.
  • Proactively develop significant business knowledge, including that of the firm’s major client base, to enable qualitative interpretation of statistical data and provide relevant targeted business analysis as required. To both an internal or external audience
  • To Provide internal or external ad-hoc requests for data / statistics / analysis as required
  • Regular Communications with all level of the business as required
  • Develop and Maintain good working relationships with key contacts internally and externally
  • Assist with the development and  promotion of the firms MI strategy both for the firm and internal within the team
  • Assist, where necessary, with providing top level MI progress updates on a regular and / or ad-hoc basis
  • Contribute towards a team of varying technical abilities
  • To ensure the relevant Management Information Procedure documentation is up to date at all times
  • To Undertake / Assist with ad-hoc projects as required
