We are seeking a dynamic Business Systems Trainer to advise, promote and train users across our current technologies to help maximise the use of ICT to benefit productivity and service delivery. With excellent communication and business application knowledge you will lead the development of training to include high quality documentation, training materials, and delivery of virtual and face-to-face training sessions.
You will be confident in devising training programs and confident in your delivery of these. In addition, you will be expected to provide post training support and identify and carry out any continuing ICT training needs.
Another part of the role will be to work closely with the ICT team during upgrades and migrations, to work with users to test the improvements, assess the impact they may have on users and foresee any issues that might arise from these.
To be successful in this role, you must be confident, self-motivated with excellent communication skills and an enthusiastic approach to training. You must be capable at writing technical training documentation and a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is a must. Experience and knowledge of training in bespoke housing management applications is desirable but not essential, as is experience of working in a social housing environment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent experience delivering ICT training sessions in a business environment, hold a training qualification, be technically skilled across a range of applications and be confident delivering the full training lifecycle for a 350-user business.
