Lead User Experience Practice Manager - UX, HCI, UCD
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Leading Retailers in London.
Your main responsibilities will include the following:
- Collecting high-level principles/guidelines for multi-channel customer experience and digital user experience.
- Collevting style-guides, pattern libraries and UX components.
- Gather case studies of best UCD practice from the company.
- Understand the UX Research and design tools (ie prototyping)
- Train and mention UX/UCD skills within the team.
- Working alongside the head of UX.
- Managing a team of UX designers.
To be considered for this role you must have the following:
- Be educated to Bachelors/Masters degree in Human - Computer Interaction (HCI), UX Design, Ergonomics/Human Factors, Product Design or a related field.
- Experience working with UCD/UX Design.
- A portfolio of your recent work.
- Experience with a variety of design tools, both at a high-level (eg personas, customer journey mapping) and low-level (eg flows, wireframes, prototypes).
