Job Title: Relief Resources Coordinator
Location: Crawley / Homebased
Salary: £18,500 per Annum
Working Hours: 37.5 Hours per Week
Relief Resources Coordinator - Home Based / Crawley
Our client is searching for an organised and determined person with excellent communication skills to work as a Relief Resources Coordinator. The role will involve coordinating their internal bank of relief support workers, understanding their availability for work and placing them into shifts to cover for sickness and annual leave across the organisation. This is predominately a home based role with travel to their Crawley offices for training and meetings as required.
£18,500 Per annum + On call Payments.
Home based with occasional travel to Crawley.

About you:
Relief Resources Coordinator - They are looking for someone who :
• Has excellent communication skills
• Will be determine and driven to avoid using external agency staff by using their initiative to source staff from their bank or Relief Support Workers
• Has intermediate level IT skills, specifically with Word and Excel and the ability to quickly learn to use their internal bespoke systems competently. Full training will be provided.
• Is confident working under their own initiative
• Is flexible
• Previous experience of working within a Health and Social Care environment, placing or rotering relief or temporary staff into shifts or as a temporaries consultant, recruitment consultant, care coordinator, assistant service manager, senior support worker or similar role would be distinct advantage but is not essential
