Job Title: Helpdesk / Job Scheduler
Location: Manchester City Centre, City and Borough of Manchester
Salary: Good Salary - Depending on Experience
Our client requires an experienced and enthusiastic individual to work as part of their Helpdesk Scheduling Team.
Helpdesk / Job Scheduler - The Role:
• Booking in and allocating jobs to the appropriate engineers.
• Liaising with their engineers and subcontractors to ensure a timely response.
• Scheduling Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) visits.
Helpdesk / Job Scheduler - The Person:
• Enthusiastic.
• Able to use own initiative.
• Experience working on a helpdesk and working to SLAs.
• Preferably experience in job scheduling.
• Preferably experience in Planned Preventive Maintenance.
