Area/Operations Manager required for a Private Healthcare Organisation which specialises in care for adults with learning disabilities.
You will be required to oversee 9 residential homes which offer support to adults with learning disabilities. The homes are based in Milton Keynes, North London and East London.
You will be based at home but will be expected to visit the services regularly.
* You must have experience working as an Area Manager or within a Senior Management role within the Health and Social Care Sector
* Ideally you will have experience working with Learning Disabilities
* Due to the nature of the role you must be a driver with your own vehicle
You will be required to work 40 hours per week and will be offered a salary between 35,000 - 40,000. You will also have 7 weeks annual leave along with an excellent bonus scheme.
