Registered Children's Manager required for a residential children's home in Aylesbury.
* You must have a minimum of 5 years experience working in a residential childrens home with at least 2 years being at management level.
* You must have an NVQ3 in Children and Young People, preferably also an NVQ4 and also be registered or already have registered managers award.
* You must have a UK Driving Licence and your own car
The home caters for up to 4 children with Challenging Behaviour. You will be required to work 35 - 39 hours per week and would be offered a salary between 30,000 - 33,000.
