Registered Nurse RMN/RNLD/RNMH
Phoenix House Mental Health Hospital, Powys Wales
 £12.22-£14.75 per hour equivalent to £24,000-£28,800 per annum + additional enhancements and benefits

Our client supports individuals with complex needs including those with a learning disability, mental health problem or autistic spectrum condition.  They recognise that each of our employees makes a significant contribution to the high quality service we provide. 

As part of their successful and on-going development they are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Nurses to join their existing, highly skilled team. Phoenix House is a 23-bed hospital and care home facility that provides a specialist mental health treatment and rehabilitation service - including locked rehabilitation - for men with complex mental health problems and co-morbid conditions such as learning disability, personality disorder and substance misuse. Phoenix House can also offer treatments for alcohol and drug dependencies that have compromised mental health.  The service is staffed by a dedicated team of nurses, support workers, a Consultant Psychiatrist, Psychologist, Occupational therapist, Speech & Language Therapist and Social Worker.

In this exciting key role you will;
• Work closely with their in-house Psychiatrists and Psychologists to develop effective care programmes
• Provide leadership and support to the care teams
• Provide the highest level of service to their service users by promoting personalisation, independence and safety at all times
• Make a significant difference to the lives of others
