The Customer Contact Centre is a diverse area made up of a number of specialist teams: Inbound team, Outbound, 24/7, Switching, Current Account, Social Media and Ecommerce.
Exciting opportunities have arisen to join the Inbound Customer Contact Centre team. The Inbound team are responsible for a wide variety of customer services such as arranging setting up a new current account to dealing with lost and stolen credit cards, whilst considering customer needs and delivering the M&S Bank customer experience.
Scope of responsibilities includes:
- Provide exceptional service through phone interactions with customers, focussing on resolving queries with an efficient, accurate, professional and courteous manner to create brand loyalty
- Take maximum opportunity to enhance customer experience and exceed expectations
- Build meaningful relationships with customers through conversations, incorporating needs analysis, building rapport and offering relevant solutionsThe successful candidate will be an individual who is self-motivated, proactive and have a proven record of excellent verbal communication. They must have a confident approach, be able to identify customer needs, the ability to deal with difficult customers and possess excellent attention to detail:

These permanent roles are roles are starting on Monday 23rd February 2015. You will be working between 8am and 10pm and the role will include some weekends.
