Unit Manager - Registered Nurse

An opportunity has arisen for a Unit Manager to work for a well established Care Home in Royal Tunbridge Wells. The home is a modern, purpose built 70 bedded nursing home situated in a pleasant residential area. In addition one floor at the centre provides dementia care. As the Unit Manager you will adopt a 'hands on' approach to all situations. Working with the Nursing and Care Assistant staff teams and applying the highest standards of modern professional practice, to ensure that all needs of Residents are properly catered for (with particular emphasis given to emotional, nursing and physical needs 'person centred care'). You will be responsible for helping Residents, ensuring that all the homes established policies, procedures and instructions are implemented, complying always st a minimum with the requirements of United Kingdom legislation regarding residential and nursing home operations.
