Media Sales Executives in London - High OTE

We are currently recruiting for Media Sales Executives in London for the fastest growing media company in the UK and Europe's leading provider of audio branding services. The role would start with a basic salary of GBP16k-GBP20k + GBP45k OTE (uncapped - commission paid on every deal) and would be representing Europe's leading media company. There is first class training on offer and genuine and fast-moving progression. Working hours are Monday-Friday 0900-1700.
You will be responsible for contacting prospective B2B clients by phone to concept-sell the unique benefits of audio branding, delivering qualified sales meetings for field-based Business Development Managers (BDMs), managing the BDMs' activity to ensure they have the information necessary to close deals as well as managing follow-up meetings to ensure clients' satisfaction.
You will have to achieve 2 meetings per day with MDs or business owners.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within new business sales in B2B telesales environment as well as the enthusiasm, drive and professionalism to get through to and engage with senior decision makers, probe effectively and have the ability to set appointments with prospective clients.
A professional approach coupled with the passion, competitive attitude and genuine desire to consistently exceed targets is key. No previous exposure within audio branding is essential, just the interest, professionalism and drive to succeed. We are looking for candidates who remain constantly positive and strive to continuously smash set targets, who can make the first call as professional and up beat as the last.
