Our client is an Insurance company, specializing in Private Medical Insurance, Life Insurance, Income Protection Insurance, Car Insurance and Life Insurance.
We are looking for a self employed mystery shopper, to work up to 4 days a week. The role will involve calling for various insurance quotes, to ensure that the representative covers all their compliance points.
Our client will need your input and opinions of the overall quotation experience you had, ensuring no compliance breaches are made, and that quotations are explained clearly. They want you to rate their customer service and give your honest feedback of what you liked and disliked about your experience.
There is flexibility, this is a self employed roll and you can work as little or as much as you like. Each assignment will take approx 45 mins (30 mins on the phone, and then 15 mins to complete the paperwork). Payment for each assignment is GBP84. You can undertake a maximum of 3 assignments per day.
