As a Customer Service Team Manager working for a rapidly expanding energy provider, you will be managing the Energy Supply and Retention Team. The team is responsible for administering a number of processes to support new & existing customers through the registration and loss journey. The team is also responsible for managing the disputed opening read process along with numerous internal processes such as Change of Tenancy, Erroneous Transfer and account exceptions.
You will be required to lead, coach and motivate a team of 15+ technical advisors/executives to deliver a swift and consistent accurate level of service to customers within the registration to first bill process (Joiner).
A good understanding of utility change of supply and home move industry process is desirable. Full JD available upon application.
