In order to meet our growing needs we are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our HR team in our Newbury Head Office.
The purpose of the role is to provide a proactive, responsive and professional HR support service across the Organisation as well as provide administrative support to the wider HR team as required. You will also assist in the achievement of organisational objectives within the defined parameters.
Candidates ideally have experience within a similar HR support role or have previous experience in an administration role with an interest in working in HR. Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
Candidates must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal along with a professional approach to their work.
