Our client is one of Britain’s biggest social care charities and is looking to recruit two Service Leaders for Nottinghamshire, to join them as they aim to become The UK’s Leading Health and Social Care Charity.

They were founded 26 years ago to support people to lead fuller, better lives in the community. They have grown to become one of Britain’s biggest health and social care charities, providing a wide range of specialist care and support services to over 5000 people across England and Scotland.

You will be joining the charity at a pivotal moment in their history, as they pursue an ambitious strategy aimed at growing their organisation and delivering the highest standards of support.   

Reporting to the Regional Manager, the post holder will be responsible for the Operational Performance of their services in their Region, ensuring compliance with all statutory and contractual requirements. 

You will have budgetary responsibility to ensure that targets set by the Regional Manager are met or exceeded, including financial and quality targets.

As well as supporting the Regional Manager to establish and develop presence as a leading provider in the region, you will also provide leadership, mentoring and coaching to all Support Workers and Senior Support workers within your services. 

In order to be successful in this role, it is essential that you have a proven track record in managing multiple services across an area in an operational role or a large multi-site environment.  With experience in a Supported Living environment where CQC standards are followed, you should also have a proven track record in improving service delivery and also some line management experience.  

Due to the nature of this role, you should be willing to be flexible in working hours and able to travel as required.
