A great opportunity has arisen for Lead Operators to join the Injection department, based at our clients site in Northampton.
Excellent rates of pay with premium shift allowance.
Shift Rotation pattern: 2-10 up until Christmas then 2 weeks 2-10 then 2 weeks on night shift.
Responsibilities to include:
- Health & Safety reporting
- Delivering a high level of quality from team
- Flash 5 delivery
- Planning Adherence
- Problem solving
- Shift Handover
- Break Cover
- Cell management board responsibility
Essential:
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise work load
- Ability to work to a high level of accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Pro-active team orientated
- Be able to work the shift rotation patterns as mentioned above
Desirable:
- Previous experience of Lead Operator duties
- Injection Experience
- Good PC skills with experience of using Microsoft Office
