Our client is an award winning outsource service provider who is looking to recruit an experienced Field Sales Executive to source and develop new business opportunities across the South East.

This is a field based position which is 100% new business focussed, so we are looking for a self-starter who can hit the ground running. You should have a passion for networking and developing a strong pipeline of business.



Key Responsibilities

  • Driving new sales, prospecting new business, developing existing leads
  • Understanding of potential clients' business requirements
  • Accurately forecast and manage the sales pipeline
  • Leverage your existing contacts and create new relationships
  • Attend networking events regularly

  • A passion for solution selling
  • A proven B2B sales track record
  • An exceptional closer and developer of strong partnerships with clients
  • A track record of winning and growing new customers
  • An exceptional communicator
  • Detailed sales planning skills and the ability to prioritise opportunities
