Due to this exceptional growth, an opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and hard-working Business Assistant to support our EMEA & APAC Executive Offices.

You will need some previous admin support and purchasing experience, the ability to liaise effectively with staff, suppliers and clients and strong organisational talents.

The Role

As a Business Assistant you will be responsible for providing general admin support to our offices with the main responsibility being purchasing and travel & accommodation arrangements.

Key Areas of responsibility within this Business Assistant role will include:

*Maintaining effective stock management and inventory of office supplies
*Liaising & negotiating supplier pricing agreements in order to obtain the best financial deals possible
*Looking for the most viable ways to minimise everyday business costs and reduce wastage rates
*Arranging travel and accommodation
*Working alongside Projects Teams to assist with internal and external event organisation
*Providing general admin support and a lot more!

About you

It's essential that as a Business Assistant you are skilled with negotiation techniques, have the ability to manage existing relationships and also build upon new ones.

An ideal candidate will be very organised, have excellent communication skills and telephone manner. You will be self-motivated and pro-active individual with abilities to foresee things and work independently.
