Supply Desk, part of Synarbor PLC, is a successful specialist recruitment company within the Education sector alongside both private and public bodies. Supply Desk offers experienced teaching staff and excellent customer service to schools across the UK.
The responsibility of the Resourcer is to provide the consultants and branch manager support with specific Supply Desk accounts. Due to regulations and legislations surrounding the clearing of a candidate, you will ultimately be responsible for complying with all regulations and maintaining standards throughout. Duties also include registering new teachers, writing and posting adverts, sales calls, clearance and ensuring all relevant documentation is received and recorded enabling teachers to work.
This key role is pivotal within the recruitment process at Supply Desk. We are looking for organised and self-motivated individuals with the ability to prioritise their workload. Being a natural team player, you will have the confidence to communicate at all levels.
This position is ideal for someone wanting to begin a career in recruitment, an individual who is willing to learn on the job and be part of a vibrant and dynamic team.
