Our client is an award winning multi-discipline consulting engineers. They provide engineering design solutions for built environment and infrastructure projects across the water, waste, energy, manufacturing, buildings and transportation sectors from their offices in Cheadle, Frodsham, Leeds and St Albans.
They currently have opportunities for Senior Civil & Structural Engineers at their Leeds office.
You should have a Masters degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or other closely related subject accredited from an approved establishment and they would expect you to be Chartered or near to achieving chartered status. With around 5 years’ experience of working in a similar role, you should be a good problem solver and effective communicator who possesses flexibility and initiative and you should hold a full UK driving licence and have your own transport.
As a Senior Engineer you will be managing a team of Engineers, meeting clients and carrying out site visits / surveys. You will be responsible for supervising and mentoring Graduate and Civil & Structural Engineers, checking and approval of all relevant documents, calculations and drawings as well as the preparation of quotations and project scopes for Director approval.
