Randstad Education is currently recruiting for a Long Term Cover Teacher to teach a Year 5 class at a well established primary school in Hull. This position is available from January 2015 and could potentially be extended throughout the entire academic year.

This position is for a KS2 Teacher (Client will consider NQT Candidates).

The Job

- This larger than average-sized primary school in Hull is easily accessible by major public transport links.
- Pupils are predominantly white British however a small percentage come from a range of different minority ethnic backgrounds.
- The proportion of pupils who speak English as an additional language is below that of the national average as is the proportion of pupils supported with a statement of special educational needs and the proportion of pupils known to be eligible for the pupil premium.

This position has become available due to a staff member requiring indefinite leave due to long term sickness.

- The successful candidate will be working alongside a long standing and well experienced team and long term planning and assessments are in place for every child.

This position is for an experienced KS2 teacher with the ideal candidate having a comprehensive knowledge of the Key Stage 2 National Curriculum.
