Team Leader - Static Sales

Cosine, award winning field marketing agency is working with a new experience voucher company in the run up to Christmas. We are looking for team leaders, who are experienced sales people with some experience of managing a small team. You will work from a stand in a major shopping centre, promoting the experience gift vouchers to customers and close the sale. You will also take responsibility for ensuring that sales development executives are adhering to the allocated hours, that the stand is covered during busy periods and that the banking is done in a timely manner.

The role
- Manage the team of sales representatives, including rota and breaks
- Actively approaching and engaging with customers, be the "face" of the brand at the stand
- Discuss the benefits of the experience vouchers, answering any customer questions and making a sale
- You will use the till/handheld terminal at the stand to complete the sale and activate the voucher with a mobile phone/QR code (also at the stand).
- You will collate sales figures for the team on the number of sales made on the day and report to the campaign manager

Experience required
- Proven experience of being a team leader/team manager of a static sales team
- You will ideally have experience of static sales.
- You will be sales focused with a desire to be successful

Remuneration: GBP10.00 per hour

Hours of work: You need to be available for training on 8 OR 9 November 2014.

The activity then starts on 1 December and runs through to 24 December 2014. This role will require you to work a seven hour day, on a rota basis between 09:00 and 20:00 to cover the opening hours of the shopping centre.
The team leader role will be shared, so you may not need to work every day, although the stand is covered from Monday to Saturday. Exact dates will be confirmed upon application.
