Imperial Car Supermarkets are actively recruiting NOW for what is probably the highest paid positions available in the UK used vehicle sales arena today, call us today for an immediate interview.

Imperial car Supermarkets is expanding and now requires General Managers, Sales Controllers, Business Managers, Sales Executives and an experienced Human Resources Manager for our Retail outlets in Southampton, Portsmouth, Fleet and Northampton.

Our business model is one of a number of supermarkets displaying and retailing some 300/400 vehicles out of each site per month whilst focusing on achieving over 60% same day drive away ratios. ICS has an outstanding reputation for customer service as shown by the testimonials on our web site.

Candidate Profile

General Manager:

Must have a robust knowledge of a professional controlled sales process, have a bright and bubbly personality, be an outstanding leader and motivator of a highly trained sales team and must be able to communicate effectively and have an extensive knowledge of KPI reporting procedures.

Sales Controller:

Must possess the ability to lead from the front and manage/control a team of sales executives in a highly competitive arena. The ideal candidates must also be able to optimise and stack potential deals in such a way that maximises all potential profit streams.

Business Manager:

Must have a proven track record in F&I sales having ideally started out as a sales executive, be able to communicate effectively at all levels.

Sales Executives:

To succeed you must be articulate, ambitious and have a willingness to see things through to there conclusion. You must possess the ability to communicate at all levels and harbour a desire to be the best in your chosen field. We are more interested in what you are like as an individual not so much your sales ability or experience.

Human Resources Manager:

Must be able to demonstrate a proven track record within the day to day working practices of staff at all levels. Be able to assist line managers in the understanding of Human Resource issues and best practices. Be able to confidently implement disciplinary procedures and deal with any grievances raised in the correct manner.

Be able to Interpret and advise on employment law whilst maintaining the companies best interests at all times.

Applicants will be subjected to a highly structured recruitment process to identify previous excellence or the potential to be trained to achieve excellence. Full on site training and support initially and ongoing will be provided to those who are successful in there application.

Recruitment Process

The recruitment process involves three stage interviews carried out by various individuals and may at some levels include Psychometric Profiling.

Remuneration

A copy of the pay plan and job description will be issued to all individuals who pass the first stage interview to allow detailed analysis and realistic earning potentials to be explored.

Support and training

Induction training will take place on day one and will be delivered by our in-house training manager covering such areas as our bespoke sales process and all other aspects of our management structure. You will then be required to work alongside one of our proven managers/executives for at least one month to gain a solid understanding of our sales platform.

About Us

We deliver significantly higher than national average conversion ratios (40%+). The GM's & Sales Controllers will deliver Daily Sales Training to implement the science of marginal gains. Areas within the sales process which the individual requires training are identified on the Weekly/Monthly Sales KPI report. Your goals as a Sales Executive are to earn a substantial income through achieving high conversion ratios in excess of 40% of opportunities to closed deals whilst at the same time supporting our same day driveaway process. The Business Manager will deliver unparrelled customer satisfaction whilst actively promoting/selling all of our current additional income generating products. The main focus is to provide same day drive away with outstanding levels of customer satisfaction whilst maximising all relevant profit streams.
