Customer / Sales Support Coordinator - Global Publisher (6 Month Contract)
Oxford
Excellent Salary + Leading Company Benefits Package (Pro Rata)

This role will involve providing technical support and customer care to new and renewal account managed/licensed customers for Wiley online/electronic products in a timely and effective manner. The successful candidate will be responsible for data quality and integrity and information management and will provide accurate reporting to management

Customer / Sales Support Coordinator Selection Criteria:

> Experience in a Customer Service/Support or Order Fulfilment capacity

> Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other PC software

> A basic understanding of IP configurations

> Some knowledge of order entry systems or customer management systems

> Ability to be resourceful, efficient and adaptive to change

> An organised team player with strong analytical skills and initiative

> Excellent interpersonal skills

> A Diploma or Degree in Business Administration/Management or Computing/Information Technology is desirable but not essential

> An understanding or experience in Journals Publishing, subscriptions agents and knowledge of Wiley journals would also be an advantage
