Lead Business Analyst - Ecommerce
My client requires a business analyst to take overall accountability for all business requirements analysis and definition, process analysis and definition, and business change impact assessment associated with all projects within their systems area. You will develop a close working relationship with business stakeholders/product owners and this will involve relationship building with members of the leadership team
- Operated as a Lead Business Analyst before, leading a team of business analysts within a commercially orientated business function
- Industry experience preferably within Travel and or Retail, running the business analysis for high volume predominantly B2C facing systems
- Experience managing the Business Analysis for multi-channel commerce including web, mobile, call centre, B2B integration and/or portals.
- Business analysis in both waterfall and agile environments.
- Use of formal methods such as UML.
