We are looking to recruit a Clinical Pharmacist who will be working on wards in the Nottinghamshire area.
Hourly Rate: GBP26 - GBP30

Duration: 2 - 3 months
Report to: Chief Pharmacist
Location: Nottinghamshire
Job Title: Locum Pharmacist
Hours: (37.5 per week)
Duties:
Provide clinical pharmacy services to the wards and provide high quality care across a variety of specialties i.e. admissions, elderly care, general medicines, general surgery etc.
Other duties will include Medicines reconciliation, POD checking on wards, Screening of drug charts.
Attendance on daily consultant ward rounds. Screening and checking out patient and TTO prescriptions.
Job Requirements:
We require an experienced, well-motivated GPhC registered Pharmacist with excellent clinical skills to work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver a patient focused clinical pharmacy service to the wards and the promotion of the cost effective use of medicines in the Trust.
Clinical Diploma or able to work in a very busy environment
Previous ward based experience within an NHS Hospital is essential OR NHS Hospital Dispensary experience.
