My client is looking for fluent Russian and Mandarin speaking professionals for a number of sales / Account Management roles

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound sales trading calls to potential and existing clients.
• Setting up of new client accounts
• Providing a world class customer service when dealing with enquiries from clients through email and telephone
• Processing withdrawal requests from clients
• Taking client deposits over the phone
• Ensuring quality technical support is provided regarding the specialist platform and services
• Communicating with international offices regarding client enquiries and new accounts.

The ideal person will be of graduate calibre and have previous experience within this industry be it work experience or trading in spare time.
