Job Title – Regional Sales Executive

Location – Bedfordshire Region (incl Cambridge, Milton Keynes etc)

Salary - £19,000 + Commission

Job Type - Full Time – Permanent

We are currently looking for experienced Regional Sales Executives to join our vibrant team at Inspiring Learning. If you have a passion for education and working within a sales environment, then we may just want you!

All of our Regional Sales Executive are independent, focussed and passionate about travel, education and most importantly; our customers. In this role you will;

- From the word go, you will take ownership over your regional sales, securing repeat bookings and gaining new business through the delivery of excellent customer service.

- Your personality and knowledge will be instrumental in driving business by contacting and building excellent relationships with both existing and potential new business clients.

- You will continually develop and maintain excellent product knowledge by keeping up to date with new products and curriculum changes, enabling you to deliver the highest levels of service to our customers.

- You will ensure the smoothest transition of bookings, whether converting them from phone, web, email or face-to-face sales, from the point of enquiry through to post tour communication, in conjunction with our office based Sales Support and Product Delivery teams.

- You will be confident using technology; maintaining history of all communication on the company’s systems including telesales, CRM, summer and winter reservations.

- Your excellent enthusiasm, knowledge of our products and commitment will ensure the products sold meet with the customer’s needs whilst remaining proactive in identifying all up-selling opportunities and tailoring sales techniques to remain competitive in a commercial environment.

- You will work with your Sales Manager, participating in exciting sales campaigns and striving to achieve and exceed challenging individual and team sales targets set by them and the Sales Management Team.

We have a variety of roles available in different regions across the UK. Regional Sales Executive are expected to work independently to meet targets therefore, must have proven experience in account management.

Regional Sales Executive - Who we’re looking for:

- Proven success in, and a passion for sales in a demanding and target driven environment.

- Knowledge, understanding and experience of a consultative selling approach, with the ability to identify and meet customer needs in order to secure a sale.

- Ability to present to groups of people utilising Microsoft PowerPoint and other tools to engage with customers.

- A flexible and adaptable approach to the working day, with the ability to manage your time in the most effective and time efficient way in order to utilise your exposure in your geographical area.

- Confident, presentable and able to adopt a professional demeanour during face to face meetings with predominately school teachers

- A strong sense of personal ownership and initiative in order to drive sales through to completion.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Experience within the Education and/or travel sector would be a distinct advantage

- Good working understanding of office IT products including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and MS PowerPoint

- Car driver with full, clean licence - desirable
