Social Media Customer Service Advisor
We are seeking customer service advisors with experience of using Facebook and Twitter, to join a busy customer contact centre for the Christmas period. This exciting role will see you working for one of the UK's most well loved retailers, within a fun and supportive environment.
(call centre or retail) and have outstanding written communication skills (spelling and grammar). Knowledge of how Facebook and Twitter work and the internet are also highly desirable.
You must be flexible to work shifts between 6.00am and 11.30pm Monday to Sunday, with full flexibility. You will work 5 shifts per week, including one weekend day.
Key responsibilities:
- Reading and responding to customer queries within service level agreements
- Working within a pressurized customer service role
- Delivering the best customer service via web chat, Facebook and Twitter
- Working as part of a supportive team
Pay rate: £6.50 per hour plus overtime at time and half for any hours worked over 36 per week plus Sundays and Bank Holidays.
