Salary £14,067 - £15,014 per annum, pro rata for part time
Our client provides a range of social care, special education, community support and consultancy services in the North West of England. The charity is one of the North West’s largest providers of residential homes for children from short-term emergency care to long-term placements.
Their Macclesfield / Congleton service is a highly specialised service designed to provide support for a single mother of two 11 yr old boys with ASC, in their family home on a daily basis. Support for both boys will be required in all areas of personal care, personal development, socialising with their peers in the local community and working alongside parents and a specialist team of professionals to develop a behaviour support programme.
Hours of work will be between approx 7am -8.30am each morning and 4pm-8pm each evening. The staff team will be expected to complete specialised training in Positive behaviour Support and meet with family and professionals on a regular basis to monitor progress and develop the service.
Staff that want to undertake additional hours (up to 40 hours per week) will be able to combine this role with other similar roles within Community services.
This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a personalised specialist ASC service, and use your commitment and passion to enhance the lives of others.
