Our client is currently looking for an Account Manager to join their team in Oxfordshire. This is an office-based role, responsible for managing and growing revenue of existing customers within a geographical territory. The role is supported by an external equivalent and so there will be regular communication with this field based account manager to effectively support each other and deliver on the territory and individual revenue target.

As an Internal Account Manager for our client, you will determine appropriate pricing for quotes, based on customer volume, competitor pressure and pricing for other customers. In addition you will manage customer queries, complaints and other requirements through the different business departments, to ensure customer satisfaction and be a point of escalation if required.

The partnership will be accountable for determining and implementing territory sales plans that focus on growing the public and private divisions through provision of Drug and Alcohol, Blood Borne Virus and Occupational Health products and services.

Major functional objectives, including sub objectives for the first 6-12 months:
*Hit quarterly revenue targets based on achievable divisional growth
*To speak with each decision maker at least once a quarter to help drive revenue and knowledge
*Open at least £5k new revenue opportunities for existing accounts per week
*Speak with external partner at least once a day to form an effective working relationship
- Set up at least 4 appropriate customer meetings a week
*Finding a balance to effectively manage a wide range and number of accounts
*Provide variety and exposure to different buying mentalities
*Develop processes, systems and reports
*Provide opportunity to engage, contribute and improve work processes
