As a HR Analytics and Reporting person you will be joining the Crawley based team of the leading global integrated security company specialising in the provision of security products, services and solutions. The primary purpose of the role is to provide HR analytics, reporting and other professional level support across the Group HR functions.
Your duties as a HR Analytics and Reporting person will include:
• To be responsible for monthly and annual HR KPI reporting, preparing management information reports, analysing data to identify trends and communicate findings to the relevant HR colleagues
• Assisting HR teams in relation to data driven HR processes such as global employee survey, Health & Safety data, annual pay review, bonus, organisation structures and costs, and country headcount audit data
• Producing organisation charts based on excel data file using Org Plus
• Candidate attraction channel performance - review and monitor the channels used to advertise role, and report in performance of channels used
The ideal HR Analytics and Reporting person will hold the following skills and experiences:
• Degree level qualification or equivalent desirable
• Advanced level Excel skills
• Good report writing skills
• Data presentation / Power Point skills
• Identification of trends and salient points from the data
