Territory Sales Manager - Asphalt

A Territory Sales Manager role with Aggregate Industries, the leading Construction specialist.

Bucks, Berks, Oxford, Hants (Office based in Frome)

As Territory Sales Manager, your key challenge will be to achieve your sales and revenue targets within your allocated sales area. Rapidly developing market knowledge and raising Aggregate Industries' profile across your territory, you'll both secure new business and develop existing customers, producing accurate forecasts and pipelines, underpinned by a sound grasp of our strategic direction - and competitor activity. Other key deliverables of the Territory Sales Manager include:
• call planning in line with business targets
• recording all activity on our CRM system
• compliance with Health & Safety, our brand values and competition law.

The Territory Sales Manager role will be field based, however, you will be required to work approximately two days per week from the Frome Office.

Educated to at least to 'A' level standard, as a Territory Sales Manager, you already have a proven track record in a field-based, customer-facing business development role, ideally in the asphalt or construction-related sector, and be fully mobile. Confident, self-motivated and a first-class negotiator, you're happy working remotely to targets and you are a real self-starter, with strong interpersonal and communication skills who can also offer:
• good questioning and listening skills
• excellent customer focus
• sound judgement
• strong organisational, planning and priority-setting capabilities.
