Problem Manager - Financial Services - ITIL - £55-65k plus £6k car, 8% pension, Bonus, etc.
A leading UK Financial Services Organisation requires a Problem Manager to help set up and own robust ITIL processes to ensure the effective resolution of problems and root cause analysis to resolve and eliminate common and recurring problems ensuring the business receive continuous improvement of IT services.
The role will work closely with IT suppliers and with Incident Managers to communicate, track and resolve incidents including providing relevant problem management training where applicable.
As part of the continuous improvement programme, Problem Managers will also be expected to continuously analyse trends in problems and root cause analysis and report findings to relevant parties to drive through and ensure repeat problems are eliminated from reoccurring.
Problems managers must hold recent ITIL certification in Problem Management and have experience of setting up or overhauling problem management processes and frameworks in their existing or previous role.
