We are looking for a Maintenance Operative to work in our Facilities Department in Newcastle.
The successful candidate will have general building maintenance/repairs skills to carry out a range of tasks within the Facilities function as well as ensuring all Health & Safety regulations are complied with at all times, whilst also dealing with the control of Contractors who carry out specialised maintenance.
Applicants should have a recognised trade qualification, possess good all round DIY skills and the ability to work as a member of a wider Regional team when needed. They must possess a flexible attitude, have a driving licence and preferably be pc literate.
