DBF UK LTD is recruiting for a Head of Insurance Campaign in Ringwood to start with immediate effect. The salary is TBC so please submit your salary expectations with your application. This is a full time permanent role, 40 hours a week.

The rapid growth of one of the major UK award winnings clients at DBF has meant that this new role has been created - the current contact centre team is around 100 FTE. The role will involve line management responsibility of up to 9 Team Managers (TM’s) and 1 Quality Support Executive (QSE).

You will ultimately be responsible for the operational results that the contact centre team deliver (inbound and outbound call handling). You need to have a passion for excellent customer service and quality but also a dedication and commitment for continuously driving and improving sales results is a must.

The performance of the contact centre is clearly measured within certain Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and it is your job to meet and exceed these targets. The client does similar work in their own “in-house” contact centre and our challenge is to consistently outperform the in-house team.
