Nursery Manager,Twickenham,

We are recruiting for a Nursery Manager for Nursery in based in Twickenham, this nursery has a great reputation in the local community and fantastic outdoor facilities, it is within commutable distance from Twickenham Brentford and Hounslow which is part of a large group of nurseries so real career opportunities.

The role will involve staff management, business management and have overall budget responsibility, updating policies and procedures, dealing with Ofsted and Outside agencies and ensuring the smooth everyday running of the nursery.

The company are seeking experienced Deputy Nursery Managers good or outstanding settings or Nursery Managers with proven experience of running 'good' or 'outstanding' settings.

You must:
- hold a relevant childcare qualification (level 3 as minimum but ideally level 6)
- Have proven nursery management experience in a setting with a 'good' or 'outstanding' Ofsted
- Experience of managing large staff teams
- excellent staff management skills
- Be passionate about providing the highest quality of childcare possible
- The ability to work on own initiative
