About our Openings:

If you've worked with customers in the past and you enjoy interacting with people, we may hold the key to your future.  You will be responsible for explaining the benefits of our clients’ services to their targeted audience.  

About the role:

  • Day to day organisation of work load.
  • Processing client surveys and documentation.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customers.
  • Developing knowledge and understanding of our products and services.

Skills and Experience:

  • Communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Customer service experience, including speaking to customers by phone.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • An open and flexible approach to change.
  • Support and share knowledge and work effectively with your team.
