Our team are currently on the look-out for a technical Whizz - AKA, a PHP Developer for our client based in the North West of England. You'll be joining a full service Digital Design and Marketing agency which is made up of a team of passionate, Creative and Digital experts! The Role..

They are currently seeking to recruit a creative PHP Developer into a new, varied and technically challenging position within the existing team. This role reports directly to the Technical Director and a Senior Developer.

About You..

They are looking for someone with experience in Magento and its customisation, in addition to PHP, OOP, CakePhp, Drupal and API Integration skills.

You should ideally have some experience of custom template and custom module creation in addition to data integration expertise including stock control etc. Drupal 7 experience would also be highly desirable, but not essential.

What You'll Need..

• Fully conversant with Object Oriented Programming (OOP)

• Proven experience within an agency environment

• Experience of working within the CakePHP framework and / or alternative frameworks

• Proven knowledge and experience of MySQL Database

• Understanding of manual join queries and Index use

• Front-end design with the ability to modify and integrate responsive HTML5 templates

• Competency in enhancing User Interface (UI) using AJAX and other techniques via jQuery or similar libraries
