We've got a fantastic opportunity for you to join us as a Webshop Operations Process Lead as part of our Food Online team based at our Head Office in Bradford. Reporting to the Webshop Operations Manager you will work to ensure promotional data integrity at all times and own issue and process resolution within Food Online working cross functionally to ensure a positive outcome for the customer and learnings for the business.

Our Webshop Operations Process Lead will do the following:

> Data integrity - ensuring all promotional/pricing data is entered in a timely fashion, is accurate, clear and complete
> Product Lifecycle Management - ensuring content relating to all products listed on Food Online is accurate, clear and complete
> Support Decision Making - Customer data driven learning and bespoke insights to support leadership team decisions on all aspects of webshop operations and the customer experience
> Improve Customer Experience - Proactive review of customer feedback and issue resolution in timely manner with view to ensure all learnings are factored into process improvement and range / promotional activity
> Process Improvement - Review and implement process to enable a better ways of working across food online.
> Manage a small team of Webshop Operations Assistants; you will manage two assistants, who will support you in delivering promotional change onto the Webshop

What skills and qualifications do I need to be a Webshop Operations Process Lead:

> Strong people management/leadership skills
> Strong attention to detail to enable process improvements
> Strong understanding of customer experience and customer journeys
> Experience of data management
> Excellent communication skills - needs to be able to communicate and influence stakeholders and peers
> Personal integrity and be able to demonstrate the brand's values
> Retail / grocery industry experience.
