I am looking for driven and energetic managers to join this branded restaurant group in their restaurant in Aberdeen. They currently have 70 sites across the UK and have a pipeline of 15 restaurants for the next 12 months. The brand has recently experienced a shake up from top to bottom and every restaurant in the group is undergoing an intense refresh in order to reflect the reinvigorated service and standards.
My client has a detailed training program designed to put each Deputy Manager in charge of their destiny and allow them the best chance of progression and career enhancement.

Your job as a Deputy Manager:
- Manage the operation of the restaurant including the development and growth of people, sales and profits,
- Motivate and inspire your team through a genuine passion for hospitality,
- Manage the restaurant in accordance with established company standards, policies and procedures,
- Drive sales by ensuring guest satisfaction and implement a high level of superior guest service,
- Maximise profits by controlling food, beverage and labour costs.
