Recruitment Consultant Excellent Basic Salary and Uncapped Commission Scheme
Our Cardiff office has really excelled this year and we've smashed our budgets, targets and profits in 2014! We're really excited about 2015 especially as we have taken additional office space to potentially double the team during the next twelve months!
Our office is made up of two teams IT recruiters working across the UK on permanent and contract roles and a team of ERP recruiters that work with European clients and candidates, speaking 9 different languages between them!
We're looking for candidates with at least 12 months experience, preferably within a technical market place who are looking to join a dynamic and cosmopolitan team who are very successful in their markets who genuinely enjoy coming to work! Unlike many other recruitment businesses, we don't churn staff, we haven't lost a single member of the team this year and have grown our headcount by a further four staff already!
