Special Educational Needs Team Manager
0 to 25 - Young People with Disabilities South West
My client, in the South West, are looking for a Senior SEN Manager to join their integrated Children, Adults and Health department for an exciting opportunity to make a significant contribution in promoting quality of life, raising aspirations and preparing young people with a disability for being as independent as they can be through each stage of their lives.
The 0-25 Disability Service is a new and innovative service, pulling together key skills, knowledge and appropriate roles from across the Children, Young People and Adults Disabilities Teams and Schools and Learning.
As team manager you will focus on managing a service and a team of qualified and non-qualified staff working with all service user groups, within the geographic area for which the team is responsible and across the South Gloucestershire region. Working closely within the Department and with external partner agencies and providers you will deliver quality care, which meets the social, education, health and welfare needs of children and young people. At all times your focus will be achieving quality outcomes for people that use the service: young people under 25 with disabilities.
