CUSTOMER ADVISER - COMPLAINTS - SUPPORT - ADVICE - 12M CONTRACT
An opportunity within the financial services has opened for a number of confident and experienced Customer Advisers to join an award winning UK wide financial services provider that offer a friendly working environment in the heart of Plymouth. Role responsibilities:
- Handle customer complaints.
- Answer inbound calls from customers and the general public.
- Provide excellent customer service to all callers.
What we need from you:
- A background in complaint handling would be ideal though not essential.
- Proven customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
