CUSTOMER ADVISER - COMPLAINTS - SUPPORT - ADVICE - 12M CONTRACT

An opportunity within the financial services has opened for a number of confident and experienced Customer Advisers to join an award winning UK wide financial services provider that offer a friendly working environment in the heart of Plymouth. Offering an excellent benefits package including: basic salary up to GBP18,000, pension, 25 holiday days plus public, excellent development opportunities, and discounts on products to name a few!

Role responsibilities:

  • Handle customer complaints.
  • Answer inbound calls from customers and the general public.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all callers.

What we need from you:

  • A background in complaint handling would be ideal though not essential.
  • Proven customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
