CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVSOR - COMPLAINTS HANDLER - PLYMOUTH
12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT
GBP14,400 - GBP18,000 + COMPETITIVE BENEFITS
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK's most recognisable banks, who is seeking a number of Customer Service Advisors to be based within their offices in Plymouth for a fixed period of 12 months. Interviews will be held week commencing 8th December 2014 with expected start dates in December and January.
The successful candidates will carry out a specialist role in the handling of complex, customer complaints and respond both verbally and in writing. The role involves both on and off the telephone activity and working to quality and deadline targets.
Essential Skills and Knowledge:
Experience in a customer service environment
Effective organisational skills
Ability to work on own initiative
Experience of handling customer complaints
Problem solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
In return, you can expect to receive a full induction and in depth training in a very supportive environment.
Working pattern - 35 hours per week consisting of variable shifts between 8am-8pm Monday-Friday and 8am-1pm on alternate Saturdays.
