Production Support Lead (eTrading) - Investment Banking

Fixed Income eTrading Production Support Lead required by large Investment Bank, in London to work within the Banks FO Fixed Income area. You will be accountable for the support of the production eTrading environments in Fixed Income, in the EMEA space. The position is based out of London and requires oversight and leadership of teams in London as well as some remote teams as well.

You will have previous experience working in an Investment Banking environment as an Senior Support Analyst or Support Manager coupled with strong experience supporting the electronic trading environment in either the Equities or Fixed Income spaces (both preferable). Excellent leadership and communication skills. Proactive attitude, think strategically while implementing tactically and making sound decisions. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. Strong in depth process on ITIL processes including incident management, problem management, change and release management. Excellent organizational skills, both personally with email management as well as within the team.

Within this role you will be responsible for leading a team of support resources based out of the London to support the EMEA eTrading FID production environment. Foster relationships with business users. Build and partner with other IT groups and leads. Work in conjunction with the global team to drive consistency across the whole global team. Drive efficiencies around cost and processes. Regular reporting on metrics and efficiencies in conjunction with the global support lead based in London.
