Immediate Start with high potential commission earnings!
This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Telesales Advisors to join a rapidly expanding company based in their Barnsley office.
This role has arisen due to ongoing company success and expansion and therefore could be an immediate start for the successful candidate!
The ideal candidate will need to be confident, target driven and a self-motivated individual who wants to exceed all expectations and become a top performer.
The Telesales Advisor will report to the Sales Team Leader, the main purpose of your role will be to make outbound sales calls to companies throughout the UK to offer FULLY FUNDED work based qualifications.
Telesales Advisors Main Responsibilities:
- Promoting FUNDED apprenticeship and work based learning programs to employers to up skill their existing work force.
- Making B2B Sales
- Achieving monthly sales targets
- Account management
- Build sustainable relationships with key decision makers
Experience/Skills/Attributes:
- Outbound Sales Experience
- Experience of selling training packages a strong advantage
- Excellent telephone manner
- IT Literate
- Driven and resilient
- Hard working and self-motivated
Rewards:
- Annual basic salary of £15,000 increasing to £16,000 after 6 months.
- Uncapped bonus (realistic OTE £30,000+) Extremely generous commission payout.
- Incentives including i.e. iPad, Holidays, Laptops and Hotel stays etc.
- Good working hours 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday
