Reports to: VP, PMO

We are seeking a "work from home" skilled Program / Project Manager to join this highly successful International Payroll company to program manage the take-on of Global client payroll projects ensuring adherence to the agreed timescales, deliverables and budgets.

As the Program / Project Manager you will be required to travel to client sites.

Program / Project Manager - Key Areas of Responsibility:

. Ensure delivery of projects to the defined Best Practice
. Create and use a project plan
. Act as the principle point of contact for all project matters for the client
. Create and maintain project schedule / financial information for all projects
. Contribute to the control and alignment of project activities between the Project Delivery team and Development Team
. Maintain and report project status on a weekly basis or as required: progress, raid log. Issues, dependencies
. Manage all resources - both at CLIENT'S and at Client, to ensure successful timely project

Program / Project Manager - Experience:

. Payroll experience is a must
. Client facing experience with large multifaceted projects
. Significant Project Management experience in payroll or HR software implementations
. International Business experience would be an added advantage
. Achieving results through multiple 3rd party agencies and internal employees
. High level of competence with project management toolset
. Understanding of how "Software as a Service" operates both technically and commercially
