The Company:

Investment consultancy firm specializing in a range of hand-picked and bespoke opportunities, mainly commodities which help their client base to ensure their portfolios are in areas of growth and not decline. Their directors have over 10 years' experience in the industry and with the company growing from strength to strength the need to expand has become essential.

Whilst they are only interested in candidates with a minimum of 1 year experience in closing, training will be provided and will be on going. They are particularly looking for candidates who wish to progress to management positions, with the opportunity to run your own team within 3 months of working in the company.

The Role:

Your job will be to build long-term relationships with high net-worth individuals over the phone, working from in-house leads. They are looking for people who can grow with the company and become part of the senior management team. You will be responsible for handling the complete sales cycle with clients and you will also be given full training and then responsible for managing your own team.

Office hours: Monday - Thursday 11am-7pm. Friday 11am-4pm
Salary is negotiable dependent on experience and they have an uncapped commission structure. Daily and Weekly cash incentives are also in place.

The Candidate:

- Knowledge of financial markets
- Experience of working with commodities (e.g. land, Carbon, Wine, Oil, Gas and Diamonds)
- Punctual and well presented
- Proven track record of closing accounts
- Minimum of 1 years closing experience
- Working to targets
- Charisma, good business sense and money hungry
- The candidates should be determined and be extremely driven.
